I can't download weights v0.0.1

When I use latexocr in powershell, it will download weights v0.0.1 to path C:\Users\lm\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python39\lib\site-packages\pix2tex\model\checkpoints, but failed. errors: TimeoutError: [WinError 10060] 由于连接方在一段时间后没有正确答复或连接的主机没有反应，连接尝试失败。 urllib3.exceptions.ProtocolError: ('Connection aborted.', TimeoutError(10060, '由于连接方在一段时间后没有正确答复或连接的主机没有反应，连接尝试失败。', None, 10060, None)) requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: ('Connection aborted.', TimeoutError(10060, '由于连接方在一段时间后没有正确答复或连接的主机没有反应，连接尝试失败。', None, 10060, None)) I'm a novice of github.
