Change file/folder sort

Add a dropdown to sort files/folders by Name or Date, Ascending and Descending. I believe it currently only sorts by Date, Descending.

Yeah that would be a good one :)

We'd probably want to migrate the rendering of the file list to a table component too: https://material-ui.com/components/tables/
