Using SSL is not secure because of gravatar

Missing sendmail

@aspiers I'd believe that sendmail via localhost is a good pratice... Mautic offers some best options like sendgrid, aws ses, mailjet.

Refactor PHP extension install procedure and remove build dependencies

@J0WI despite the proposed improvements, the mautic 2 image works well. What do you think of using all this refactoring in the Mautic 3 image?
