externalLink doesn't redirect to actual external page in RSS feed

Describe the problem:

If you have a blog post that is an externalLink, getting that from RSS won't redirect you to the external page.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. get your blog rss
  2. click on any rss entry that is an exernalLink

Hmmm... I didn't even remember this feature existed. XD Well, we'll need to change the RSS template to handle this. I can take a look, but if anyone wants to help, please let me know.
