Controlling e-motors and pwm output
This pr adds functions to use the conveyor belt or other stepper motors as well as the PWM output available through some of the EIO pins.

Now it shouldn't have any conflicts. I removed my emotor handling code because now there are stepper motor functions that can be used to do the same.
