Compatibility with Redmine on AWS

Can we use it with an AWS Redmine image installed from the Amazon Marketplace ?

We are using Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) to send Redmine email notifications, but we couldn's use it to process the incoming emails and convert them to tickets.
