Custom field owner-email not filled in

According to the doc, the custom field owner-email must be activated if "Method for unknown users" = "accept".

Therefore, I created that custom field (text type). The issue is created but that field is always empty either when the sender is a member or an anonymous.

Same problem here, the custom field doesn't exist and if we create it, the issue is created without filling the field.
