The widget info that shown when hover over the plasmoid is unnecessarily long and takes up too much space

This is too long and i think its looks ugly. it can be simplified by just plamoid name and description

The option to disable it is already there too. About being ugly what would you change to make it look better but still display all the configured options (apart from hiding gestures that are disabled of course)?

Some changes without removing I was thinking of are:

• Make the time it takes to show longer and hide after a gesture is started so it doesn't get on the way.
• Disable it by default

oh sorry i didnt see the option to disable it(i will look into it in my free time) and i think it can be disabled by default

Hi the tooltip is now shorter, so I have decided to leave it enabled by default, another reason for this decision is because other widgets that support mouse gestures like the volume widget display them on hover by default too.

Also made some changes so it hides when a gesture is registered so hopefully it gets less in the way now.
