Pattern Manager TypeError

Opening the pattern manager, I get in the console: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'get' of undefined on patternManager.js:46553

I've worked around this for now by modifying the references to activePattern as such:

value: this.state.name || (activePattern ? activePattern.get('name') : '')

Seems to work, but whenever I create a new entry I see 'type is not defined' on line 80 of patternManager.js. Also noticed when I save a new entry, I cannot switch between pattern entries until I close and reopen the window.
