Add Virtual Radar server

Describe the solution you'd like it would be nice to add the ability to have virtual radar preinstalled, along with dump1090 to be able to receive and visually check in a map the adsb data received from aircraft. Virtual radar is available at the following link: Virtual Radar and it's compatible with raspberry using mono. Trying it out I noticed that the preview version(3.0.0) works better on raspberry and it wouldn't hurt to also include some plugins like webadmin and tileServerCache
