Types and pixelated avatars

Hey,

Thanks for this package. It's brilliant!

Two issues;

1. The types in package.json point to the wrong file, which makes TypeScript in my code complain.
2. The avatars are pixelated. Take a look;

I'm using react-native-svg for other icons in my app, and they're all rendered correctly. Just the avatars.
