Rename nav-menu-items.md file to habits.md and improve document like in comments

In the changed document, we will have 4 categories for now: Recycle, Commute, Eat, and Energy.

Each Category will need habits like the below with the following format:

Category: "Recycle."

• Habit 1
  • Description: "Reduce the amount of waste by using reusable bags!"
  • Question: "Which of these did you use today?"
  • Answer Options: "Reusable bag," "Single-use plastic bag," "Both," "None."
• Habit 2
  • ...

Category: "Commute"

• Habit 1
  • Description: "Consider carpooling with coworkers or friends. This can reduce the number of cars on the road and save on fuel."
  • Question: "How did you commute to work today?"
  • Answer Options: "Drive," "Carpool," "Bike," "Public Transport."
• Habit 2
  • ...

I can add some substance to this file. What would you need me to do? Research each line item and add resources for each one?

@loretdemolas, this is an old "issue" we might need to change the filename to habits.md (i changed the issue name and updated the description) since this will not essentially be a navigation menu. But the content here will be helpful for the website.

@loretdemolas, thank you for working on this. it would be helpful to structure it exactly like in the description above. we have 4 categories, each category will have Habits, and each Habit will have Description, Question, and Answer options. First, habits of two categories already added above as an example; you can continue adding habits after them and start adding habits other two categories as well.
