ResNet backbone

Thanks for the work. Have you tried to use the ResNet as backbone? Do you have any suggestions?

I cant figure out how to calculate these values(feature1 - feature4's output stride). How do i find these?

I have added a resnet-50 backbone, will make a PR once it finishes training. 😄
