I'd recommend that you try to get it fixed in the upetream feedback.js project: https://github.com/ivoviz/feedback. I'd be happy to integrate the updated version if/when that is fixed.

I think to fix this error, django-tellme, will need to use a thumbnail lib like sorl-thumbnail.

Not fixed AFAIK, and I have not much time to look into this. Please check with upstream and propose a Pull Request, I'd be happy to merge it in.
