chmod 755 to sh files

I have been using vim-jetpack to manage my plugins, and I found a bug which was caused by .sh files not executable in plat/unitx directory, so I change sh mod to 755

Took me a couple of hours to see that this was the issue I was having. Please include this PR asap.
