Store library paths in fooyin.conf

I just installed the latest artifact to check out the latest improvements. First issue I noticed is that the codec value wasn't being read from any of my files. I removed fooyin.db and let it rebuild. Sure enough the codec value was displayed fine after.

I have four folders in my library and having to add them any time I need to build a fresh db is a bit inconvenient. It would be nice if these paths could be stored in the conf file so that after deleting the db it could be rebuilt from the stored paths.
