Analog input not working

Hello, I used this project to make a mi go-kart, I used an analog joystick as the input. It worcked fine for a liitle while but then it just stopped working. Now the motor test runs fine but when I try to use the joystick or an potentiometer as an input it doesn't work, is as it isn't recievieng the signal.
