More explicit instructions on takedown notices

In the event that we get emails about removing individual profiles, we direct people to email us but the instructions are not very clear. We should clarify the section in Legal to include take down requests as well.

Do we also want to include that in the footer?

All that the legal section mentions right now specifically is BIPA. I think we should add a note that is something like, "Information about police officers such as names and badge numbers listed on this website are obtained through public records requests. As it is public information, Lucy Parsons Labs does not remove information about officers unless it is proven to be inaccurate. For more information, please contact our legal representatives at legal@"
