Create interactive map on homepage to select local police departments

There are multiple cities called Oakland, and if other communities bring OpenOversight to their cities, the more reason to have a more organized homepage. I want to make an interactive map through which volunteers can select which police department they want to search. I will probably use tableau for this unless someone else wants to take a crack at it and has another idea
