Netsplitter missing texture

The netsplitter is missing it's texture. I think it is caused by the block id being netspliter and not netsplitter. Should be as simple as renaming the texture files in assets folder.

net splitter requires some more work because it can be configured (and this changes visually)

Remember to update all of the lang file entries for netspliter when you change it.
