Fix issue with installation for latest locust distribution

@lucrib We are unable to install this package for locust >=1.0 as the distribution info for locust is changed. I have updated the install_requires. Please approve and merge this pull request.

@dharanikesav I haven't seen movement on this repository, so I feel like it is deprecated by now. Please checkout a library I created with support for the latest locust.
