Feature: prov-template: dispense with 2dvalue

The difference between value_n and 2dvalue_n_m seems unnecessary and is confusing. Suggest just using value_n.

• as a side-effect prov-xml compatibility is regained
• may also allow variables to be in primary and other at the same time.
