Incompatibility with Hello Epics

Hi, I'm one of the developers on Hello Epics, a Trello Power-Up for parent-child relationships. We've had someone write in that the card badges we add occasionally disappear or take a long time to load. I was wondering if you might have an idea what would cause that.

Also, I'd be happy to offer a free personal license so you can try it out/diagnose the issue if you're interested.

I'll check it out as soon as I can. In the meantime, this extension is Open Source and Free so you are more than welcome to take a look in case you find anything :)
