Sitemap generation

I don't know if this makes more sense here or in the main repo, but I figure this would probably be something to add to the cli. Seeing as lucky knows all of the available routes it would make sense to have a gen.sitemap command that generates a sitemap.xml file and places it in the public directory.

For now you can use this https://github.com/jwoertink/sitemapper if you're not already 😉

I'd be ok with it being added in to Lucky 😀 but only if you generate a web project and not API
