Messages not receiving in big supergroups

Hi,

Here may not be the best place to call for this issue but I don't know where else I can mention it and get help because other people have and no solution that I know of has been given. So has anyone figured out a way for the messages to be received in big supergroups? Apparently 1000+ members. And also in smaller supergroups one of the Telegram clients (desktop, android...) has to be opened in the group for the messages to come! There has to be a way because I can see all these group management robots where are in many big supergroups with 2000+ members at the same time and working just fine!

You mean it completely ignores all messages in a group? That happened me with groups of 25 people too. Maybe try to leave and rejoin. Eventually it worked, in my cases.
