Modernize 1.7.10 branch

Aside from bringing in the changes from Spark master branch, this updates the Forge 1.7.10 port to use RetroFuturaGradle, the modern replacement for ForgeGradle 1.2, for consistency with the rest of the modernized 1.7.10 ecosystem.
