Show actual time on graph hover

Description

Would simply be nice when hovering over your graph that you can get an actual time readout rather than just -XXm.

There are plenty of times where I know an exact range of time I want to inspect, but I have to guesstimate because there's no way to see what secs/mins i'm hovering over other than "some time ago"

Proposed Behaviour

Append to the graph hover tooltip an exact time readout.
