X/Z coordinates as a Chunk hover tooltip

Description

It would be a loverly QoL feature to, when viewing Region data in the World view, that for each of the listed Chunk sections to have a hover tooltip which could display the X/Z block coordinates of the midpoint of that chunk. Presently I always have to keep a chunk coordinate calculator handy to type in the conversions.
