Description

I use spark on catserver/mohist. The maximum version for 1.12.2 that I could find is v1.10.34. It throws an error and doesn't work properly. The log is attached below.

Reproduction Steps

1. Install an assembly of plugins and modifications installed on my server. [ I will send if necessary ]
2. Start server and seen error spark

Expected Behaviour

Error occurred while enabling spark v1.10.34 (Is it up to date?) java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: LOCALE
