Landru GPU acceleration

Hi

I have some FPS Drops in the PDA !

On Map = 37 And on Mission Text it drops down to 15 or 14 !

This affects only in 2160p Upsacle (HW/SW) on 1080p all is Fine !

It seems , the PDA Screen runs not in Hardware Mode , i have the same low FPS if SW or HW

Tested Version : 0.93.000-14-g80f9ca12

The PDA runs in software mode, which is why you are seeing the performance disparity. After version 1.0 is released, I plan on implementing Landru GPU acceleration, which will solve the issue. (Landru is the 2D system that drives the cutscenes and menus).

This will only be fixed once Landru has GPU acceleration, so I just changed the title to that.
