Revisit Slouch

Slouch is a house rule designed to limit abuse of Reach (pick the tallest race, crank your height up to max, use a reach weapon: massive combat bonuses). This rule should be evaluated to see how effective it is and if it needs changes. Also, players of tall characters should be explicitly notified of this house rule on creation so that they can choose another race if they don't want to deal with it.
