Webapp name "solr" is hard-coded, should be configurable

Unfortunately the webapp name has to be "solr" for the log manager to work, otherwise there are exceptions creating the dynamic fields etc. and nothing is indexed into Solr of course. Should be configurable in the .conf file. E.g. here We have different Solr versions running as webapps, e.g. /solr-4.8.0/
