bintray is no more, and I don't know of a good replacement.

Oh dear. This was such a nice replacement for the apt-transport-s3 package. This package allowed me to easily use my instance profiles.

The JFrog press release talks about replacing bintray with "Distribution", but I haven't read anything more about it.

Here's hoping you find a new host!
