Web application for generating content while reloading.

Dear Phil, what is an architecture of web application thispersondoesnotexist.com ? I want to implement a trained model to show random generated images while reloading. As I understood, creating of images using trained model requires CUDA (GPU) thus do I correctly understand that I need a server with GPU? Or I misunderstood something?
