Optional objectives not working

Tested with the repeatable quest THE BANDIT ARMADA. I'm level 11. Base rewards were: 15k xp, 100 coin, 1x treasure chest, 1x selectable item Optional rewards were: 50 coin, 1x treasure chest What I received: wrong reward (I've selected arrow, got sword instead), 100 coin, 1x treasure chest, 16k xp (this one is odd, not sure why it gave me extra 1k xp). Did not receive the extra 50 coin and extra treasure chest, even though the optional objective was completed (confirmed by green text in the quest tracker)
