Remove GitLab project id from repo source

It's absolutely fine for you to work on this, but not yet unfortunately 😓

We will first need to support searching for projects by multiple full paths on the GitLab GraphQL endpoint, then we can proceed with the "migration" and removal of the project ID.

I'll let you know as soon as we're ready though 👍🏻
