Obrigado pela atenção, Lucas. Sou bem iniciante no R, cheguei ao sua programação por sugestão do Raphael Pereira que fez a programação "Brazilian_Census (https://github.com/rafapereirabr/Brazilian_Census)

Bem segue alguns dados:

Processador: AMD Phenon II X6 1100T 3.30GHz RAM: 8,00gb Windows 10 64bit

R - R version 3.4.4 (2018-03-15) Platform: i386-w64-mingw32/i386 (32-bit)

R Studio - Version 1.1.447

Com essas informações é possível identificar o motivo do erro? Grato pela atenção e paciência.

Eu também estou com problemas para instalar o pacote e não estou sabendo solucionar. Gostaria de uma orientação de como devo proceder, por gentileza.

Ao carregar os pacotes (devtools, stringi), e tentar rodar o comando devtools::install_github("lucasmation/microdadosBrasil") aparece a seguinte mensagem:

E também já tentei atualizar a versão do pacote 'purrr' para a 0.3.1, mas não obtive sucesso. Aparece a mensagem:

R é 1.1.463? seu R e' muito antigo. muitos pacotes nao vao funcionar. Sugiro atualizar o R e tentar novamente

ops, na verdade, minha versão do R Studio que é 1.1.463 (a mais atual). A minha versão no R é 3.5, mas acabei de atualizar para a 3.5.2. Perdão a confusão no meu comentário original.

Olá Lucas,

consegui resolver o problema da instalação. Na realidade, o problema se referia ao devtools. Eu suspeitei disso quando percebi que não consegui baixar nenhum pacote via devtools::install_github.

Depois de procurar em 'issues' do pacote devtools eu descobri que o problema era o fato do meu diretório do R em C:/Users/'nome do usuário' conter caracteres ASCII (https://github.com/r-lib/devtools/issues/1787).

Eu resolvi minha questão retirando o acento do nome da usuário da pasta.
