no exception , but I can see the message like "DependencyContext.RuntimeLibraries. No information about assebmly Tizen.NUI!"

hello. I am the user of minicover. while building my package, I could see some message like below without any exception.

"DependencyContext.RuntimeLibraries. No information about assebmly Tizen.NUI!"

Tizen.NUI.dll exsit in the base directory.

is it critical or just minor thing? and can I know why such message occurs ?
