I know the computer hardware is out of date, but I would like to use my windows 2000 server to mine some electroneum. So far the binaries are valid but its not right for the machine.

You could try using a Linux distribution like debian which would also let you use some more modern software but the chances are that if your mining on a really old server even with free electric your not likely to make much and could cause hardware failures from pushing the old hardware so hard.

@DarrenRainey I know, I just had a server laying around and just wanted to bitcoin mine from it; without affecting the data that's already on it.
