Support reading .gitignore files

Since there's no description, wondering if this is meant to mean including everything git ignores in the list of files that code2pdf ignores? In which case, I would second this suggestion, think that would be a great feature.

I meant using the gitignore file to exclude files from the final code2pdf output.
