Positioning is weird with hidden menubar

If you have hidden menubar and opens the application, it will calculate the positioning wrong and display it behind.  This issue is the same as https://github.com/maxogden/menubar/issues/147.

Just an Fyi, [QuickShade](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/quickshade/id931571202?mt=12) exists and it's 7MB and does the same thing, including supporting multiple independent displays and keyboard shortcuts.

When I open Menu Bar Brightness it puts the sun icon in my menu bar but clicking on that only gives me a blank box with no visible slider.
