Add a way to scan blocked accounts

Fedifinder does a great job of listing the fedi equivalents of accounts you follow and those you have in lists, but doesn’t seem to include the list of accounts you block. This would be useful for folks worried about safety and harassment.

I'd like to implement this. Just poking around briefly, and I was able to change two lines to get my blocked list instead of following list. It will take me a bit to implement it appropriately, but I'll create a PR here once I do. We'll just have to see what the pricing is like come Feb. 9...
