Can't detect link in pinned tweet when audience is Twitter Circle

Hello, I have my own mastodon link in a pinned tweet with the audience set to Twitter Circle, Fedifinder can't see it, it says "No handles were found on your profile. Please use the format..." It is also the same case for the people who have me in their circle. Is this a twitter API limitation?
