@smkamranqadri Thanks for the offer, but we had this previously, but removed it again. Before adding this again we need to decide exactly what we want.

Just create a file named `https://deno.land/x/nano_jsx/jsx-runtime`. Deno should default extension-less files to `.js`

You reexport the ts file from the js file.

Seems like a cool idea. The path should not be GitHub only like shown above though, it should be any URL that Sail supports. Once the extension intercepts it should...
