Version number mismatch

These two lines have different version numbers. Is this intentional? It was added to resolve this issue which I found while searching to see what version I should use for MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET in my project that embeds Lua.

I'm not particularly familiar with luarocks. I just thought I'd bring this up in case it's a bug.
