Support formatting in descriptions

Would be nice to support formatting in package descriptions. Markdown would be a suitable option.

I thought about doing that but then I realized after looking at a lot of package descriptions that they have specific formatting in the rockspec because the author assumed it would be displayed as-is, in plain text form.

One option I could have is for when overriding the package description on the site, then it could use markdown.

Maybe have a checkbox "markdown" or something?
