ownership change request: lua-resty-jq

Hi! James Hurst aka @pintsized released the lua-resty-jq originally to LuaRocks while working at Kong, as seen here: https://luarocks.org/modules/pintsized/lua-resty-jq

All those .rockspecs point to my account though, for example: https://luarocks.org/manifests/pintsized/lua-resty-jq-0.1.0-0.rockspec

has url = "git://github.com/bungle/lua-resty-jq".

We need to release a new version of lua-resty-jq. I have uploaded all the versions of it to my account now: https://luarocks.org/modules/bungle/lua-resty-jq

And there is now a new version 0.2.0.

What I am requesting that can the root manifest be pointed to mine instead of the James' one?

Is this a right way to do it, and have I given enough evidence?
