Store hashes for all files

They are available through GCS, we should store them on the rockspec and rock file models so we can do integrity checks.

• [ ] Add columns to respective models
• [ ] Store the value when initially uploading the file
• [ ] Backfill all existing files with the hash by HEADing the file
