Change Email / Delete Account

The mail address I have used to create my LuaRocks account has been compromised but LuaRocks offers no possibility to change it or delete the account alltogether. I have never used another service in my life where this wasn't possible. Are there any plans to implement this?

Almost a year has passed since this issue was reported. Can it be addressed?
