Support for zb reporting Dallas temperature sensors (DS18B20)

Hello, great stuff this, got the basics working but would like to ask if someone could give a hint how to make temperatures being reported via zb when the value is read. I have the DS18B20 sensor working but is only reported in the log but not reported to the my zb console unless I also change the state of an input; then both are reported to the my Tasmota controller console. Any yaml example would be highly appreciated Kind regards, Walter
